There are many situations in life that can throw us off course: the changing world around us due to the pandemic, a divorce, loss of your job, the need to work again after being without a job for many years, getting sick or having money problems that change everything. It might also be that you are living your life and now you enter a new life stage where you want to change something and you wonder what your true passion would be, but you can't find it.

At these crossroads in your life you often feel lost and confused, and just need some direction on how to take the next step or reconnect with your inner motivation and drive. You have developed a tunnel view of your life and don't see all the options that are available to you.

In this online workshop you will look at what is holding you back and what wisdom of yours can guide you back into a life you love. We will share worksheets, processes and work with you directly so you can understand and connect with yourself on a whole new level! With that, you will move forward with confidence and clarity.

Practical details

Lost and Confused takes place on 4 Wednesdays starting May 5th, 2021 and finishing May 26th. Each of the 4 sessions starts at 19:00 hrs and finishes at 20:30 hrs. The maximum number of participants is 12 to ensure and intimate setting. The sessions are held via Microsoft Team. A phone or computer is all you need to participate.

The complete workshop costs € 200.

From Shaming to Claiming

What do you see when you look into the mirror? ls a loving and kind person looking back at you or do you only see what is not there: your legs are not thin enough or long enough, your skin is starting to age, your hair is not long enough, curly enough or straight enough, etc. etc. The list is endless. With those observations come feelings of unworthiness, shyness, blame and shame. Everybody around you seems to have what you lack.

As a result you cover yourself up or wear 'favourable' clothes instead of the clothes that you adore. Maybe you become obsessed with food and exercise, counting calories, steps and ways of transport. Unawares you might even withdraw from life, not doing the things that you love to do.

In this online workshop you will go on a gentle journey within, looking at the thoughts, discussions and beliefs that are filling your head. With the help of The Work of Byron Katie you learn how to stop your own body shaming and reclaim the beauty and love for yourself. With that, your body will become your loyal companion again.

From Shaming to Claiming takes place on 3 Wednesdays starting June 2nd, 2021 and finishing June 16th. Each of the 3 sessions starts at 19:00 hrs and finishes at 20.30 hrs. The maximum number of participants is 12 to ensure an intimate setting. The sessions are held via Microsoft Teams. A phone or computer is all you need to participate.

The complete workshop costs € 150.

From Fighting to Forgiving

making your relationships more loving

How often are you distracted or lying awake in bed because you had a fight with someone? It interferes with your life and takes your attention hostage. “He does not listen …, she should not have done that …, I can’t believe they …” Your thoughts run wild and the story keeps growing on you. Even when these people are not around you, they are in your mind and mess with your peace ….

The way we normally deal with these differences of opinion is by pushing back harder, explaining ourselves ever clearer and finding all kinds of reasons why we are right and the other is wrong. Sounds familiar? Wouldn't it be wonderful to find another way? To meet the other from a place of love and kindness?

In this online workshop you will go on a gentle journey within, looking at the thoughts, discussions and beliefs that are filling your head. Lost and confused

In the past year we have seen a lot of liberties being taken away, we have experienced rising fear over our health or the health of loved ones, plans being changed and changed again, reduced social interaction, terrifying images of hospitals and huge loss of income leading to mounting insecurity. Many people feel lost and confused. In our new series of online workshops called Lost and Confused – where do I go from here; we would like to help you deal with this uncertainty. How can you find your way back to yourself, to your own course, to your own inner strength?

My mind is spinning in circles

How can you break the whirlwind of thoughts in your mind that takes you on a downward spiral? Imagine life as a highway. You are cruising along without a worry. All of a sudden you get to a round-about = a complication in your life. You get on and before you are aware of it you reach your exit. But instead of getting off, more cars are entering the round-about and you can’t get off. Your thoughts are like these cars. They keep you circling around on the round-about. Take a look and see how you can break this whirlwind and stop the downward spiral …

If you can name it, you can tame it

What is the best way to get yourself out of feeling lost and confused? How can you find more balance in your life? We often believe that we can ‘think’ our way out of situations or out of the way we feel, but the opposite is true. The more we think, the more we sink! An alternative way is to bring back some playfulness and fun in your life. You’ll quickly notice that this is a great way to reduce tension, stress and anxiety.
